This the worse Tim Horton that I been to.. I ordered mocha cold coffee and gave me a hot one. I told her I wanted a cold mocha and she said “ oh let me exchange that for you” guess what she did she put the coffee to a clear glass and put the hot coffee with ice in it which still warm I said to her that this doesn’t look the same as the picture on the wall and the coffee isn’t cold it warm she the change it to the right mocha coffee... very lazy not organized I won’t comeback here no more...
Can't go wrong with Tim Horton coffee. I've been going to this location since they opened since the other Dublin location is always packed. They've had a few issues in their first couple weeks open but it's caught up with the quick and friendly service just like most Tim's locations. This location is very new, clean and has an open feeling but not too many tables. Sometimes the drive thru menu has the lunch menu showing in the morning.
Going to echo what a lot of other folks on here have said. The employees here just don't seem to have it together. Very slow, out of items quite frequently, no effort to portray friendliness. Hoping it gets better the longer it's open but so far I haven't seen it. Been to this location about 6 times.
We came in at 7:30 for a quick sit and catch up with friends. The lobby closes at 8 pm so we didn't stay long. There are cute little spaces for conversations and tables are not set close together. Clean lobby and food shelves. Friendly staff.
This is the worst location in Ohio , I've made five or six trips and every time I think we'll this visit will be better than the last , but no the workers here are lazy , every single time they tell me no dark roast is made , no choc chip muffins ,really people, no matter if it's afternoon or two hours before closing they can't give us a dark roast coffee or a chocolate chip muffin , what a joke , I recommend everyone to go down the road to Avery Rd location and get what you want ,whoever is the manager and owners of this location on 161 in plain city needs to get their ducks in order or it's just going to get worse and worse. ..very very upset right now...
